UrgentIN Cleaning Service

Delivering Fast & Reliable Cleaning Services in Dubai – A Case Study by Urgent In Cleaning

The client was a residential villa owner in Al Nahda, Dubai. The five-bedroom villa included two spacious living rooms with fabric sofas, carpeted throughout and heavy curtains. The client's family had just had a party and wanted an immediate clean-up. They reached out to us as they wanted best cleaning service in Dubai for quick and efficient cleaning that could be done within hours.
There are many occasions when same-day cleaning is required in Dubai. Areas may need to be sanitized quickly and effectively for various reasons. This is where Dubai cleaning companies like us come in. It can be difficult to quickly clean a large area without the right equipment and experience.

Challenges Faced

Upon arrival, our team found the following challenges at play:

  • Fabric couches had visible food and beverage spillages from the party
  • Carpets were discolored and grimey due to foot traffic
  • Curtains had a musty odour from being neglected
  • Dust and dirt collected on furniture and surfaces in the villa

Dubai has its own unique cleaning challenges. The fine sand from the desert gets into the house, particularly after windy seasons. The high humidity in some months means moisture can accumulate in fabric products such as mattresses and couches. All of this makes it difficult to keep the indoors clean without the assistance of a cleaning service in Dubai.

To add to the challenge, the client wanted it before evening. There was little time and it needed a whole team with specialized equipment.

Our Customised Solution

Our team conducted a brief survey and developed a targeted plan to address the areas of concern:

  • Sofas: Deep clean and shampooing for different fabric types, spot cleaning for food and drink stains
  • Carpets: Hot water extraction cleaning without chemicals to remove dirt from the carpet fibres
  • Curtains: Steam clean done in place to get rid of musty smell and freshen fabric
  • Surfaces and frequently touched points: Clean and disinfect surfaces with non-toxic and eco-friendly disinfectants

We provided all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. The client did not have to make arrangements or stay home throughout the process.

Execution Process

Three well-trained cleaners arrived on time. The cleaners worked in sections so that multiple tasks were completed simultaneously, thereby saving time.
This was done in stages:

  • Sofas had loose dirt vacuumed, then shampooed, including spot treatment on soiled areas
  • Carpets were cleaned with a hot water extraction, which dried in several hours
  • Curtains were steamed down from the top
  • Bathrooms and kitchens were cleaned and disinfected last

Urgent In Cleaning follows a check and move approach. Each area is checked before moving on to the next.

Results and Transformation

By the end of the day, the villa was sparkling. The results were clear in all areas:

  • No more visible marks and sofas felt and smelt fresh
  • Carpets looked lighter and no longer had a grey, dusty appearance
  • Curtains were bright and free of odour
  • Surfaces were disinfected and the interior felt cleaner and fresher

The client commented that the villa looked like new. Following this call-out, they signed up for a monthly cleaning service with us.

This example highlights the importance of more than just home cleaning in Dubai. For families with sand, humidity, furnishings made of heavy fabric, and tight time constraints, having a team that works quickly and is effective is beneficial.
